  1. clinical exercise

A clinical exercise +/- pilates informed program tailored to the findings of an assessement by one of our Physiotherapists.

Our classes will focus on building strength, core stability, flexibility, muscle control, improved posture and relaxation. We guide you through improving body awareness, habitual movement patterns, and gaining control over symptoms in a fun and relaxed environment.

Clinical exercise classes with Annissa are scheduled on

  • Monday 10am, and 6pm

  • Thursday 6pm.

  • Saturday 8am

2. strength class

A 6 week program designed to help build bone density, muscle mass, assist with joint related issues like arthritis and reduce falls risk. Tailored to your individual findings from an assessement with our physiotherapist Brad Williamson.

Osteoporosis classes run wtih Brad (subject to numbers):

  • Tuesday 9am

  • Friday 12pm

how do i join in?

Book an initial assessement via the links below prior to our next intake and pay upfront for the six class pack.

when can i start?

Our next intake is a 6 week program commencing the week of Feburary 3rd to the week commencing 16th March (for the Monday groups).

If the classes have already started, simply give us a call and we’ll try help to see how you can get involved.

How much?

Initial consult : Special $60 (usually $80)

6 pack of classes : $240 paid upfront to confirm your enrolement
