Our Madeley Physio clinic is located at Madeley Health Centre
Entry to the clinic is via the south bound lane off Wanneroo Road. We are next door Highland Medical Centre at the back southern end of the Madeley Health complex. Parking is at the rear of the building. Disabled parking is available with 20m of the front door. You can enter our Physo clinic at the rear carpark, on the path adjacent to disabled bay. When inside you’ll be greeted by our Reception team Peg, Leonie, Lauren, and Sarah.

Address: Our address is 6/210 Wanneroo Road, Madeley, and we are located within the Madeley Health building. Our carpark, along with rear entry is via the southbound lane of Wanneroo Road.
Parking: Convenient and free parking and is available onsite at the rear of our building (Madeley Health). We are within Madeley Health Centre which has good signage.
Entry: You can enter the clinic via the rear southern end to reception or via the access through the complex. Access is optimised for wheelchair users or otherwise mobility impaired.
Bus access: Route 389 or 450. Stop numbers 12323 and 12386 will land you just 99m north of our centre on Wanneroo road making it less than 5 minutes walk from the corner of Kingsway Road and Wanneroo Road.
